I’m Dan Jahn—entrepreneur, author, and The Iconic Leadership Coach. Over the last two decades, I’ve launched and led multiple successful ventures across arts, education, and technology, serving in executive roles including CTO, CIO, and CSO. My career has taken me from The White House to boardrooms and startups around the world, giving me a unique perspective on how purpose, innovation, and human behavior shape leadership at every level.

As an author, my work spans from investigative storytelling to leadership transformation. My early writing exposed the realities of human slavery in Sudan, while my later books—Leading with Impact: Mastering the Eight Traits of Iconic Leaders and The Human Algorithm: Creative Leadership in the AI Era—explore how timeless wisdom and modern technology can empower leaders to create lasting, human-centered success.
