The standard we hold ourselves to

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the benchmark most accessibility law around the world points at, and it is the one this site is measured against.

Where we are today

CoreFour Academy is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we are actively remediating. Partially conformant means some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. We would rather say that than claim a clean bill of health we have not earned.

Work already in place across the site includes:

• A skip link to the main content on every page.
• Keyboard access to every interactive control, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and interface colours checked for contrast against the background they actually sit on.
• Respect for your operating system's reduced motion, reduced transparency and increased contrast settings.
• A pause control for the motion in the hero — both the rotating headline and the drifting light behind it — and no carousel that advances on its own.
• Form fields with real labels, and errors announced when they appear.

Known gaps we are still working through include third-party embedded video, which we do not control end to end, and course material that predates this standard and is being revised as it is republished.

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you use assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem. We aim to acknowledge every report within five working days and to tell you what we intend to do about it, and by when. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get you the content in the meantime.
